With the number of people over the age of 85 set to double over the next few decades, care services that are already stretched will come under ever increasing pressure. Providers of services to our older citizens, must therefore find innovative new ways to deliver care and streamline their existing service delivery.
By putting up to date, actionable insights directly into the hands of service providers, Wisp enables this change today.

Wisp is revolutionising the telecare industry. As well as basic movement tracking and alert generation, Wisp is able to identify and track activities and behaviours. Using algorithms developed through our partnerships with Clinicians and Care Service Providers, Wisp produces simple actionable insights from complex data generated by sensors discreetly located in a users environment.
From a simple management console, the installed services can be remotely configured and dynamically associated with individual users. Data about the individual user can be securely and anonymously fed to any database, emailed and viewed on dashboards and spreadsheets. Suitable detail and permissions are set up for use by clinicians, formal and informal carers.
Telecare service engineers have guided the development of Wisp. As a result the system is so simple to install that no technical expertise is required and all configuration (and reconfiguration) is performed remotely along with system and sensor health monitoring. A complete system can be installed in less than two hours.
