The SBC-AVL Power black box for vehicles - developed for telematics standard applications in fleet management, is the smallest GSM/GPS black box in its class.
The power consumption of the SBC-AVL Power is extremely low. Therefore, the black box can directly be plugged into the vehicles electronic, without the ignition being switched on. The battery discharge is minimal even during longer stand-by periods.

Featuring an LiPo backup battery, the SBC-AVL Power remains in operating mode even when the power is disconnected. This makes the application safer and reduces the time period until first GPS-fix.

Integrated high-performance GSM/GPS antennas minimize installation effort because an antenna cable is not needed. Telic GmbH implements high-quality components such as the very robust SIM card holder that guarantees uninterruptible placement of the card.

Rapid integration of device and a mobile diagnostic tool

The comprehensive support pack facilitates a very rapid set-up. First GPS-positions are visible via the free-of-charge access to Telics Trial Server within only a few minutes. The Trial
Server features a selection of pre-set test profiles.
Furthermore, the new, free Android support app provides diagnostic data directly to a smartphone, such as the software version, APN, battery power und setting.

GPS vehicle tracker with the right details

The SBC-AVL Power calculates the exact position via GPS and transmits the data via GPRS or optionally via SMS.
Three inputs are available to monitor the ignition, door contact and other important parameters.
Project-specific configurations of the device are made possible by the optional shock sensor and the digital output.
The SBC-AVL Power is “Made in Germany“ and was certified for application in automotive (e1).
